Refunds

If MIX isn’t right for you, you get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. You don’t need to give a reason. Write to us at hello@stereosoniclabs.com, or ask Link support.

When a purchase is refunded, we cancel the licence. The key stops working, and Studio B closes. Studio C, the free version, goes on working.

After 14 days

If you are a consumer, you keep the rights that the law of the country you live in gives you. That also applies after the 14 days, for example if MIX doesn’t work as described. Consumers in Norway can ask Forbrukerrådet, the Norwegian Consumer Council, for help.
