What does this policy cover?

This policy applies to the website stereosoniclabs.com. It does not cover websites we link to, or our software and apps.

What data do we collect?

When you sign up to download the MIX beta, we collect your first name and email address. We use them to send you the download link and updates about the beta. Apart from that, the website only shows contact information. We use anonymous statistics and do not track visitors.

Cookies

We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. No other tracking takes place on this website.

Legal basis

We process your first name and email address based on your consent when you sign up for the beta. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from our emails or by contacting us. If you email us, we only use the information you provide to reply to you.

Sharing of data

We use Loops to send emails. Loops processes your first name and email address on our behalf as our data processor. We do not share personal data with anyone else unless it is necessary to handle your request.

Security

The website is a static site without its own database. When you sign up, your first name and email address are sent over an encrypted connection to Loops, through a server function at our hosting provider, Netlify.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of and deletion of personal data we hold about you. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. You can also file a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
